4 oz, blue, lava pvc cement, medium bodied blue cement for use on all schedules & classes of pvc pipe & fittings up to 6" diameter with interference fit, very fast setting hot cement formulated for wet conditions &/or quick pressurization & fast installation, recommended for potable water, sewer & dwv applications, application temperature 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 110 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius to 43 degrees Celsius, no primer needed on non-pressure dwv, where local codes permit, low voc solvent cement meets California south coast air quality management district scaqmd 1168/316a or baaqmd method 40 & various environmental requirements.
