Description

The SharkBite 3/4" Lead-Free Brass Barb Insert Tee is for connecting three pieces of 3/4" cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) tubing. It features secure barb ends that can be easily attached to PEX pipes using TV# 608826 Cinch Clamps and TV# 608743 Cinch Tool, or copper crimp rings and a crimp tool. This fitting is immediately testable to well over 100 PSI and meets the NSF/ANSI Standard 14-2009 and ASTM F 1807-9SI Standard for potable water transport, ANSI/NSF Standard 61 Annex G for lead-free compliance, and AB1953 California and VT S152 Vermont low lead restrictions. Made of lead-free DZR brass, this SharkBite PEX Barb Tee offers durability and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for both potable water distribution and hydronic heating applications and can be used in stainless steel clamp or copper crimp ring systems.
