Description
A rich taste of pecan to a fish fillet will bring pungent yet sweet feel to your plate. Easy to use: soak the wood pieces to couple hours and then place in smoker box (or foil covered drip pan), on top of cooking grate and let the wood smoke. Once it billows out of the grill you are good to go.
